Clyde Quay Wharf wins its fourth major award

Clyde Quay Wharf has been named a gold winner at the 50th anniversary of the annual INNOVATE NZ awards, organised by
ACENZ – the Association of Consulting and Engineering Professionals of New Zealand.

Clyde Quay Wharf has been named a gold winner at the 50th anniversary of the annual INNOVATE NZ awards, organised by ACENZ - the Association of Consulting and Engineering Professionals of New Zealand.

This is the fourth major award the development has won, in addition to the accolades gained at the Wellington Architecture Awards and the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards and being named the Supreme Award winner at the 2015 Property Council New Zealand Awards - the first time a Wellington project has won the Property Council’s Supreme Award since 2009 when it was awarded to Willis Bond & Co’s Chews Lane development.
