Sales and project update

Clyde Quay Wharf Apartments were launched for public sale in March 2011.  The response to date has been exceptional with more than 55 apartments sold on an unconditional basis.

We have been genuinely overwhelmed by the very strong level of interest and demand for the apartments. Our show suite on the wharf has proved to be very useful in demonstrating the quality and style of the apartments, as well as allowing people to experience the extraordinary views and orientations that the wharf location provides.

The response to the apartments and the sales success has enabled us to release apartments that we had held back at the time of the initial launch to ensure we had flexibility to meet demand for differing sizes and layout preferences.

The new release means that we now have available:

• 15 apartments (of a total of 76 apartments). 
• 14 different apartment layouts, comprising a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom residences.
• Apartments priced from $1,375,000 for a two-bedroom apartment (including one car park). 
• Many feature apartments, including the only level five apartment on the wharf and one penthouse-sized apartment in 1 Clyde Quay Wharf.

We are working towards commencement of construction prior to the end of 2011, with completion expected in late 2013.

Project newsletters

Willis Bond & Co will issue project newsletters on a regular basis to provide general information on items such as construction progress, resident information and wharf level retail activities.  These will be uploaded to this section of the website. The first newsletter is planned to be issued in August /September this year.
