A high degree of noise control has been set as a design target for the apartments at 1 to 8 Clyde Quay Wharf between apartments and between levels.  Double glazing, thicker than normal concrete floors, double layer ceiling linings, and acoustic underlay all contribute to the sound insulation which greatly exceeds the present and proposed Building Code requirements.
